DABA Summer Art Exhibit

Welcome to beautiful Downtown Auburn Indiana. We hope you enjoy your visit and thank you for taking time to experience the exhibit “Sip & Smile” Auburn Style 2024.

We would like to thank all of the artists who are participating in this year’s exhibit and for sharing their talents with all of our visitors.

In addition to all of the sponsors we would like to thank the following people and organizations for contributing to the exhibit.

• The City of Auburn
• Craig Presley – 4 Quarter Wood Products
• Eldon & Rachel Byler – Byler Lane Winery
• Josh & Emma Metcalf – Auburn Brewing Company
• Carbaugh Jewelers
• Jama D.L. Smith-National Benefit Auctions
• Littlejohn Auctions
• Jackie Henderson – The Deli at Sixth & Main
• KPC Media, Inc.
• Eric Carlson – The University of Saint Francis

The exhibit “Sip & Smile” features 20 wooden outdoor patio bars built by local carpenter Craig Presley from 4 Quarter Wood Products, Pleasant Lake, Indiana. Area artists have used the patio bars to create unique works of art featuring different themes and styles. This is the fifteenth outdoor summer art exhibit we have presented. The exhibit has been sponsored by individuals and businesses showing support for the arts in our community. Enjoy Downtown Auburn and a walking tour that not only features the patio bars but our beautiful and picturesque courthouse square.

All outdoor patio bars will be available for purchase at our “Sip & Smile” annual FUNdraising dinner auction in September. Join us for food, drinks, and plenty of fun! We use the proceeds from this event to fund future summer art exhibits and many other important events and activities throughout the year in Downtown Auburn.

Make plans to attend our weekly Farmer’s Market, and our other shopping events, “Girls Night Out”, “First Fridays” and Small Business Saturday. Family events include Trick or Treat in Downtown Auburn, and the Downtown Auburn Christmas Parade & Lighting of the Frosty Holiday Display.
