Lifestyle Medicine with Greg Giant, RPh

THE APRIL 1ST PRESENTATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS.

Registered pharmacist Greg Giant will be at the Library for the following two presentations in April. Both will take place in the Assembly Room from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, April 1 – Good Food is Medicine, Bad Food Needs Medicine: This program will look at the benefits of food in its natural form, straight from nature.

Thursday, April 17 – Earth, Wind, Sunshine, & Water: Mr. Giant will discuss how these elements work as a foundation to health and play a crucial role in the balance and harmony of our natural world.
