n June 2020, Salvatori’s opened its third location in the wonderful community of Auburn, Indiana. After hearing a need for this style of restaurant in that area, we began our search for the perfect space. With much success, we decided to model the new store after the original New Haven restaurant. Auburn is our first store with a carry out window; which came in handy when the opening found itself in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Even through a pandemic, Auburn has shown us so much love and we were even again voted #1 Italian Restaurant 2020.
