Visit DeKalb is proud to support our local community by offering an exciting opportunity for DeKalb County nonprofits to showcase their work — right in the heart of one of Indiana’s biggest events!
We’re inviting local nonprofit organizations to join us in our booth at the 2025 DeKalb County Free Fall Fair, located inside Indiana’s LARGEST Merchant Tent — a massive 45,000+ sq. ft. venue that draws over 125,000 visitors in just six days!
This is your chance to:
- 📢 Raise awareness for your mission
- 🤝 Connect with thousands of potential supporters
- 🧡 Engage face-to-face with the community
- 📅 Promote events, volunteer opportunities, and services
🏢 About the Merchant Tent:
- Over 200 vendors in one convenient, high-traffic location
- Booth spaces are a minimum of 10 feet wide (in 10-foot increments)
- Booth depth is approximately 7 to 8 feet
- Covered space — rain or shine visibility
